I have several policies with Chandler insurance agency and have been using them for many years. The service and rates are excellent. For ex. they shop rates on renewal for all their clients to be sure they have the best available rates and make sure the coverage is matched at the same time. I have not see other agencies do this, in my experience you have to remind them to shop the rates and or they don't bother to match the coverage. Additionally Kari and Craig are very easy going and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to everyone I know.

When I came to Chandler insurance several years ago, I was at my wit's end with insurance agencies...but Kari took me under her wing and guided me every step of the way. She has a way of being so warm and personable, yet professional...and she knows her stuff! She put me at ease all of those years ago, and hasn't stopped making me feel that way since. As a busy, working mom, I can use all of the support I can get and Kari always goes that extra mile to ensure me and my family's insurance needs are covered.

I had an accident in August and Travelers Insurance through Chandler's was a great help! Kari, Athena, Craig & Vincent were God sends. They took good care of me and they walked me through the accident process! Turns out I had to make another car purchase, and the dealership got me that night for a new insurance, but as soon as I called Chandler's, Kari explained the situation and walked me through how to get my fingers back from the other company!!!
If you are looking for a company to handle your insurance needs, give them a call!!!

Chandler Insurance has provided insurance for all my rental properties since 2011.
